Dangles the Crow

Livy and I have taken note of this crow since moving to Berkeley a couple years ago. He or she has a problem with the leg—it dangles beneath during flight. Today I was able to capture this photo with my phone.

Before taking flight again, I noticed a successful perch on the wires which was very cool. Even though the leg is impaired with a severed tendon or some-such, this crafty crow developed a way to position the leg just right.

I was checking my email just now and noticed that AdSense thinks I am an ugly blogger desperate for attention who spends money on stupid crap for my cat. Wow, AdSense is eerily accurate.
