Check out this photo I took with my iPhone while I was crossing the tarmac to get on a little plane to take me from Burbank to San Francisco. It was sort of by mistake. Once I was comfortably in my seat, they made some of us (including me) move to balance the weight. Eventually I made it home to watch Entourage and eat veggie sausages.
Internet guy who believes in the triumph of humanity with a little help from technology. Yadda, yadda, yadda.

Double soy latte is too big!
Excuse me, miss? There seems to be a mistake. I believe I ordered the large cappuccino. Hello! (Thanks to Steve for that sound file.)

Neat Twitter Idea
Virtual travel agent on Twitter: "The Twitter travel account will also follow John Smith's Twitter account. When John Smith would ask questions in his Twitter feed, these answers will be picked up by the location experts for the Twitter account. Ideally tourists would also exchange travel tips between themselves."

Big Sur
Big Sur hotels, vacations, restaurants and activities - 71Miles I'm thinking a trip to Big Sur with Livy may be in order at some point. She'd dig it. The combination of fancy spas and hiking through the forest seems like a good fit.

Lakshmi's Latest
All I needed to do ... Was Ask!! Wow, a flight full of screaming air travel fans on India's cheapest airline. Sounds like good times. That reminds me, on a recent trip to New York on Jet Blue, they announced the captain's name—Captain Glitch. Wasn't too happy about that.
