The very idea of Twitter has once again
ruffled the feathers of a technology columnist. You can add "Twitter is a bad, bad thing" to Andrew Kantor's "
Things I've Said" page on his personal web site. Alphabetically, I believe it belongs after, "They've got Preparation H up the wazoo." Incidentally, those would make great Twitter updates.
Somewhere in the middle of the article Andrew admits that, "people like this idea. People other than me, anyway." However, he ends on a low note saying that After a few days of reading 'I'm choosing a shirt to wear' or 'I think I like vanilla,' I'd be ready to find a rifle and a clock tower." I'll bet he didn't actually try Twitter. Because, depending on the friend,—that info can be good stuff.
