JetBlue Founder and CEO on YouTube

Last week was crappy for jetBlue and they botched a lot of stuff up. The founder put a video on YouTube in which he honestly connects with customers. Comments are good. It was a good move. More companies should roll like this. Not every CEO has the chops for this—the key is that you have to care.

I liked the "guerrilla" approach in your information about blogging at work. I personally never blog at work, but the idea of trying to effect a change in entrenched thinking was appealing.
