Livy and I checked out Venice beach the other day. She said, "It's like 42nd Street but on the ocean." But I think it was a little nicer than that. We bought a beer-can airplane from a 136 year old beer-can airplane maker/seller.

Being a genius leaves a convoluted paper trail but H&R Block online rocks Natick. They take care of everything even if its all messed up and when they call you they're nice. Of course, various government agencies are still persuing me, but H&R is deflecting some of that heat. I guess I have Harry and Rowena Block to thank for that!

Box Update: I think the TiVo is okay but the Kideo seems to have been punched in the face. I shook a few bits out of it but I'm not sure its up for any sci-fiathons any time soon.
I think putting "Fragile" stickers on boxes and then sending them cross-country via USPS is just an invitation for pulverization. Yuri, don't squeesh package! Four more boxes to go, I hope the TiVo makes it.

European tv shows run longer so American shows sometimes need to shoot a "European tag," a little extra scene that extends the program. I know these things because I associate myself with underground revolutionary actors. By the way, take note: the pyramids are actually huge, space-going water pumps.

Okay, I'm in my new LA pad. I just got my cable/internet/phone hooked up. All we have so far is two beach chairs and a hibatchi--plus the aerobeds. We're all set for a while.
